【公告】加拿大特惠线关于食品和重量限制的通知

尊敬的用户：您好！收到物流商通知，受航空安检和海关查验加强的影响，11月2日起，经特惠线送往加拿大的包裹会被加强检查，如发现食品，将会被退包；同时单个包裹的重量上限降低为10KG。恢复时间视航空安检和海关查验情况而定，我们会另行通知。带来的不便，我们非常的抱歉。

Dear Valued Customers,

Due to reinforced aviation and custom security inspection, we are informed by our logistics provider that, parcels on the Canada preferential line will be returned if food is detected from Nov 2, 2018. At the same time, the maximum weight of a single parcel is reduced to 10KG.

The recovery time will be based on the actual status and we will update when the service resumes. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.

hello there. I did not order any products that has food. and the total weight is over 12kg. Why I cant choose any shipping services?
