1.Youcan not apply for refund within 24 hours of order submission on the event day.
Accordingto Tmall and Taobao rules for the Singles’ Day event, the refund function forall merchants will be closed on November 11 (00:00:00 – 23:59:59). Therefore,users who submit orders on the day will not be able to apply for refund oncethe order status turns “Purchased Order”. In case of refundneeds, we will handle them after the first 24 hours.
2.Aboutthe time needed for purchase
On November 11, our purchase teamwill be working around the clock to serve users. However, due to the surge oforders, the time needed for purchase will still be extended from the original 6hours. Lead time for express orders will be adjusted to 2 hours. Orderssubmitted between 23:00 and 24:00 may see price changes due to the time lagbetween ordering and the actual purchase. If you have stricter requirement fortime, we suggest you to choose our speedy purchase (express order) service. Speedy Order Purchased on November 11:
Orders paid before 0:00 onNovember 11 will be processed between 0:00 and 2:00.
Orders paid on November 11 willbe processed within 2 hours. (If we failed to respond to the orders with Speedy Response within the promisedtime, Superbuy will refund you the service fee.)
3.Coupons and Tmallshopping allowance are not available for purchases.
Due to quantity limits of couponsand shopping allowance for every ID on Taobao and Tmall, our purchasers couldnot use coupons and shopping allowance to deduct your payment. Thank you foryour understanding!
4.Aboutlimited sales and flash sales:
If you need to buy productsduring limited sales or flash sales, our purchasers will try their best to getthe items for you. However, we can not ensure a guarantee. To increase yourchance, we suggest you place the order 1-2 days in advance, so that ourpurchaser can highlight your order and make prior preparations.
5.About pre-sales
Forpre-sale products (those need payment by installments), we suggest you to paythe price in full 1-2 days in advance, so that our purchaser can highlight yourorders and make prior preparations. If the actual price we pay is lower thanyour payment, we will refund the difference to your Superbuy account.
Note:According to Taobao and Tmall, pre-sale orders are not available for cancellation,unconditional return, modification of colors, sizes, etc. Please check yourorder details carefully before placing the order.
6.Aboutcustom-made products
During the Singles’ Day event,custom-made products are not available for unconditional return/exchange. Ifyou have reached consensus with the seller, please tell us your Aliwangwang IDor relevant contact information in advance so as to avoid delayed processing.
7.About after-saleslead time:
Affectedby the huge amount of orders, handling of after-sales assignments includingorder enquiries, expert sourcing and return/exchange applications submitted onNovember 9 (6:00 p.m.) -November 12 will be postponed till 9:00 a.m. ofNovember 13. After-sales applications submitted during the period will be handledwithin 72 hours after the service resumes. Due to the foreseeable logisticstraffic throughout the country, return/exchange is going to take longer. Thankyou for your understanding!
8.About dispatch leadtime:
Affectedby large order volume and logistics traffic during the Singles’Day event, it isexpected that it will take longer for the seller to dispatch your products.Please see the product details page of your products for reference.
