Dear Superbuy customers, Since we started the trial to charge service fee on parcels forwarded to a Chinese address, we have received positive feedbacks from customer worldwide. We appreciate your taking the time to share your opinion with us. Based on the feedback, the new standard, which was published today, reduces the handling fee per product (DI) from 8 rmb to 6 rmb. We apologize if the new standard causes you any discomfort. Please let us know what you think about the new standard so we can keep improving it. Should you have any questions, feel free to contact us through any of our customer service channels. View details of the new standard: https://www.superbuy.com/cn/page/help/#p2_14_helpId1168 Best wishes.

Hi, I think charging 6 RMB per DI for parcels to be forwarded to a China address is still too much.  Even the way it is computed does not make sense.  If I ship for the 1st time in a month a total of 15 DI to a China address, I will not be paying any fee.  But if I ship for the 1st time in a month a total of 16 DI, I will have to pay 96 RMB (16*6) just because I exceeded the 15 DI limit by 1 more DI. What will make more sense is if I ship for the 1st time a total of 16 DI, I should only pay 6 RMB (1*6) because I only exceeded the 15 DI limit by 1 DI. Or maybe, you guys can just charge a flat service fee of 5% (5% of the total order value = product cost + freight from seller to your warehouse)  for parcels to be forwarded to a China address on top of delivery charge from your warehouse to a China address.  Kindly review your policy again.
