四、Global Shopping Agent Introduction
1. AboutSuperbuy Global Shopping Agent:
> Builtupon the existing Superbuy platform, Superbuy provides shopping agent andlogistics services to global users. Through our services, users from over 200countries can gain access to products from different corners of the world andship their own parcels to over 200 destination countries with after-salesguarantee from Superbuy.
> [Superbuy Global] is supported by ourGlobal Agents spread all over the world. Our Global Agents will set up andoperate warehouses in their local region and Superbuy will support with thewarehouse management and logistics system. Moreover, Superbuy will be in chargeof the front-end product experience, customer service, after-sales service, andbonus system maintenance.
>Basedon the reputed premium service system of Superbuy (Covering sourcing, qualityinspection, warehousing, freight consolidation, after-sales, customer service,etc.), we carry out standardized and all-round verification and trainingsupport for our GSA. Superbuy is aimed to solve the pain spots of cross-bordershopping, realize “global trading” and create the biggest value for our globalpartners and individual consumers as a “trustworthy middleman”.
2. GSARole
Superbuy Global Shopping Agents are our exclusivepartners in different regions. They are in charge of the warehouse/sourcing/suppliersearch/marketing/networks of local Superbuy service stations. The GSAs will beresponsible for the product sourcing, parcel forwarding and other localizationservice in the local area. Meantime, the GSAs will actively explore furthercooperation opportunities with Superbuy based on both of our advantages, so asto maximize mutual benefits.
3. GSA Benefits
Exclusive bonus orpriorities to partnership policies: Superbuy Global Agents will be theexclusive shopping agent/forwarding partner of Superbuy in its local region andshare the profit of the region with Superbuy.
4. GSAsQualifications
1. Age: 22 and above;
2. Gender: No limit;
3. Local residence time: 1 year and above;
4. Language and culture: Proficient in locallanguage; familiar with local conditions and customs
5. Capital: With the financial strength to maintainits warehouse and local team and if any penalties or risks; GSA will beresponsible for it;
6.Local resources: Have local network and business resources to providecompetitive products and other support for the partnership;
7.User demand sensitivity: Familiar with local advantageous products; able toprovide local good deals to Superbuy global users in time;
8.Personal experience: Familiar with usage and main attractions of local shoppingplatforms; experienced in the Internet industry including e-commerce andlogistics; familiar with basic online promotional and social media;
9.Team management skills: Management experience in private or non-profitcompanies/organizations; able to organize sufficient workers to handlesourcing, packaging, dispatch and other services related to shopping andforwarding; able to keep the team well-organized to ensure the servicesdelivered meet Superbuy standard;
10.Warehouse management skills: Provide sufficient storage, has experience inwarehouse management and able to support plentiful of storage if requested. Thestorage space will be decided in the contract between both parties.
5. GSADuties and Responsibilities:
1Basic (Team and Warehouse Management)
1.1  )Productrecommendation Recommend high quality local e-commerce brands for users.
1.2  )OrderPurchase: Purchase products according to user’s order and guarantee the product sourcesmeet the user’s actual requirement.
1.3  )CustomerService: Provide complete after-sales service to Superbuy users.
1.4Warehousing Service:          A. Receive and quality inspectthe parcels:  Receive, quality inspectand store parcels; finish system registration within 12 hours of warehouse stockin.          B. Product storage: Check forproduct integrity and support 30-days free storage.          C. Parcel dispatch: Pack userproducts and send out parcels; weigh the parcel and upload the actual weight tothe system.
2Extensive Collaboration (Optional, depend on the GSAresources)
2.1 Sales of self-own products: If the GSA has its ownproduct sales platform, we can carry out sale strategies of the products.
2.2 Self-run platforms: We support API link betweenSuperbuy and the GSA own website, so as to realize comprehensive servicecovering sales, storage, and logistics.
2.3 Logistics lines:
·        Ourlogistics lines cover at least ten countries: US, Canada, Australia, UK, NewZealand, France, Japan, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore;
·        GSA can addnew logistics lines for Superbuy to review and system set-up;
·        We supportlogistics status tracking;
2.4Local promotion:
·        Join localpromotion events of Superbuy GSA
·        Assistonline and offline promotions of Superbuy GSA
6.Functional Support from Superbuy
1)Websiteand back-end system support;
1.1)Exclusive shopping channels for each Superbuy GSA;
1.2)Superbuy GSA service management;
1.3)Superbuy Global forwarding service management;
1.4)Superbuy shopping agent/forwarding order pre-sale and after-sales enquirysystem;
1.5)Product search function for local platforms;
1.6)Sharesearch results for keywords
2)Logistics Supply Chain
2.1)If the GSA has logistics resources, Superbuy can support adding new logisticslines for users.
2.2)Superbuy can provide overseas logisticslines to GSAs.
3)Systemoperation training
3.1)Provide professional shopping agent service procedures training;
3.2)Formulate pre-sale and after-sales service procedures in advance and provideprofessional training accordingly.
4)Promotion
4.1)Localization promotion page on Superbuy;
4.2)Materials support needed for localization promotion.
