I suck at Chinese, I grew up internationally and only recently have I learnt of the magical world of Taobao and I am?? Completely and utterly shook? But again I suck at Chinese but what got me even more shook is how kind and helpful and nice all of you at SuperBuy are? Like I don't know how you deal with me screwing up everywhere then coming to you for help and you having to look for my lost items because I forgot to finish the steps or something, but I just want to say thank you so much to everyone! Especially Ivy from Online CS, Tommy from Expert Service, and Henry Liu for sticking with me through everything! I hope to be getting my parcel soon but I wouldn't even have gotten this far without any of you, thank you again. (ﾉ´ヮ`)ﾉ*: ･ﾟ
