【公告】关于特惠线延误事宜公告

尊敬的用户：

       11月底收到部分小伙伴反馈特惠线物流跟踪信息更新缓慢，截止12月8日17:00PM，情况愈发严重，很多小伙伴11月中下旬提交的包裹仍然滞留起运地，无物流信息更新。

       延误主要原因为香港机场系统升级，11月减少2000多班航班，而且恰逢物流旺季来临，导致上海，香港机场全面爆仓延误，另外由于货物排仓严重，上海、香港中转仓随之包裹积压严重，从而使仓库中转效率降低，造成很多小伙伴的包裹滞留起运地等待排仓，目前Superbuy不停给物流商施加压力，采取单票人工跟催，请各位特惠线包裹延误的亲们耐心等待，给您带来的不便之处敬请谅解。

[Announcement] Delay Notice of Preferential Line

Dear Valued Customers,

         Please note that we have received updates regarding preferential line that up until December 8th 17:00PM, many users were experiencing delay with tracking parcel updates. Even with parcels arranged for shipping in the beginning of 3rd week of November; the parcels are still located in the country of departure with no tracking updates.

         Unfortunately, we were informed that due to an airport system upgrade in Hong Kong, there has been a cancellation of more than 2000 flights and on top of this, peak season and an over capacity of handling parcels have been the reasons to the problem. Superbuy is under negotiation with preferential line delivery and we hope to solve this problem as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

11月30号的包裹哪天可以上飞机啊，这个情况是理解了，但是担忧还是有的，圣诞能到不，不会丢件吧。。。。

您好，请问目前特惠线还延误吗？ 如果现在用特惠线寄送到意大利还是会在7-15天期限内吗？谢谢
