You need to find out if EMS has an app or a site you can sign up for and handle your packages so you can then change where your package is getting delivered or try calling them immediately to get the issue solved. hope this helps

I placed a shipping order and my destination is not the correct address for EMS order # EA918062739CN.   It pulled from a saved address on file and not the updated address I input.  Is there a way to reroute the package?

hi , this is adolfo i have an order since january 2019 and i haven recived yet  can you trll me wath happened?  this is my  order number 4022  please check  and let me know . two dewalt niller set and a set f two drill  18  volts dewall also. it has being pay  already  but  still not be recived please ill be waiting for an  answer.
