【公告】中国邮政调整美国ems价格通知

。。近日我司接中国邮政总部通知，因受美国政府拟退出万国邮政联盟并大幅调高中国邮政的终端派送费影响，12月1日起EMS寄往美国的运费将面临上调，中国邮政表示：具体上调幅度需等待其进一步通知，且不排除中国邮政后续将继续调整其他物流路线运费价格的可能性。

。。我司接到此消息后立即与中国邮政沟通了解上浮幅度并争取运费折扣，现暂未有涨价的确切消息。由于此次涨价属于美国邮政与中国邮政双方的决定，故作为Superbuy平台无法进行干涉，对此我们深表歉意，还请您谅解。我司将密切关注此事件进展，及时通告最新动态。

。。此外，为了我们广大客户利益，尽量避免价格波动给用户带来的影响，我们建议您将已入库商品且计划使用中国邮政EMS线路发往美国的包裹尽量于北京时间11月29号前提交，我们会争取在中国邮政调整价格前发出包裹。如您的商品可选择非EMS线路进行发出，还请您尽量选择其他路线寄送，避免受此事件影响。如果有任何问题，请及时联系在线客服为您处理。

Dear Users,

According to the latest notice from the China Post Headquarters, the US government intends to withdraw US from the UPU (Universal Postal Union) and to increase China Post's terminal delivery cost significantly. Hence, the China Post states that EMS will be increasing its shipping rate to the US from December 1, 2018. The specific increase is subject to further notice and such adjustment may be made to other logistics lines.

After receiving this notice, Superbuy communicated with China Post to know the actual status of the increase and to request for shipping discount for our users. However, as a third-party, we are not entitled to intervene with the price adjustment since it is a decision made between the US Postal Service and the China Post. We will pay close attention to this incident and keep you up to date with the latest developments. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.

Moreover, to avoid the impact from this price fluctuation, we suggest you to ship your parcels via other selected logistics lines, or submit your parcels before November 29th (Beijing time) if you have to choose the US EMS. We will try to dispatch the parcels before the China Post adjusts the price. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our online customer service.
