Very delayed as expected with Pandemic but also unfortunately damaged

I ordered two items, two anime figures that were of different sizes. One was a small box and the other was a large box. The larger box has a window made of thin plastic and it can easily be bent and dented. While both items were wrapped with bubble cotton when I unboxed them, the small box pressed up against the larger box’s plastic window and caused damage to the box. While the box isn’t as important as the figure, it still affects the value of the overall item. An item with a defective box will be sold with a discount because the box is ruined, the collectibles value decreases.
