Upgraded warehouse for an improved service experience

The Superbuy brand has elevated as the number of users increases and business range expands, and the old warehouse could no longer satisfy ourneeds. To reinforce our “unprecedented service” policy, we have decided to move to a brand-new warehouse – Guangdong warehouse.
With the new warehouse and experience, the Guangdong warehouse will bring you upgraded services. Below is a list of the upgraded services:
Service Upgrade 1: High-resolution Quality Check Photos
The High-res Photo service will provide users with a better understanding of the products. We can provide high-res images of items as well as images ofdetails and measurements. We can also take photos based on the specific needs of users.
In the Guangdong warehouse, the quality inspection service will be upgraded to High-res photos from standard photos. The number of pixels and resolution of our photography devices will be significantly improved. We have invested more manpower in this upgrade; for better photo quality and user experience, we have decided to abandon webcam photos and upgrade to manualphotos. Our R&D team had also developed customized software for this purpose – a smartphone can be transformed into a professional device designedfor High-res warehouse photos!
Service Upgrade 2: Improved Efficiency, Safety and Accuracy
The second important upgrade with our Guangdong warehouse is the brand-new smart automatic logistics system. Our inflowand outflow efficiency will greatly improve by over 20% with the help of thissystem! Your parcels will arrive a lot faster. We have also introduced “Air bag Machines” for improved packaging. With the sturdy airbags, precious and fragileitems are less likely to be damaged.
The application of Smart Laser Measuring Device enables us to measure the weight and dimensions of each parcel to 2 decimal places, making the shipping fees more transparent. On top of theimproved efficiency and accuracy, we have also imported advanced devices for dimension measurement, weight measurement and packaging. These three componentsused to be separated, but they will be integrated in future to form a brand-newSmart Warehouse.
Service Upgrade 3: Storage Area Upgrade
The area of the Guangdong warehouse will be three times as big as the old warehouse. With the increased storage area, we can easily tackle busy times(such as “11.11”) when there is a spike in the number of parcels. We can also provide better management of dedicated storage units for users and eliminate lost parcels.
The new warehouse will be a lot smarter than expected, and more service upgrades will be made available as the user needs increase. We realized a warehouse upgrade is needed immediately after our storage area suffered from 11.11 and 12.12 events last year. After collecting and analyzing the inconvenience associated with warehouse in the past years, we will implementvarious improvements gradually in this upgrade. We will also launch morecustomized and sophisticated services in future. Stay tuned!
